Gluten Free Graham Cracker Crust

A delicious, versatile crust perfect for desserts that caters to gluten-sensitive diets.

  • 8 ounces gluten free graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (optional)
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch pie pan or springform pan.
  2. Place the graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  3. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar until moistened.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden, then allow it to cool.

Notes

For a firmer crust, bake it. Chill if you’re not baking to help it hold its shape.
