- 2 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup molasses
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and molasses to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
