- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, ground ginger, ground turmeric, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and salt.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
