A delicious and recipe for gluten-free garlic sesame noodles, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz gluten-free noodles
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gluten-free noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey or maple syrup.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the sliced green onions.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
