- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted.
- Open the can of gluten-free biscuits and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold the edges over to seal.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
