Delicious gluten-free cheeseburger bombs filled with garlic and parmesan, perfect for a spring dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 can gluten-free biscuits
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Open the can of gluten-free biscuits and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold the edges over to seal.
  6. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
