A delicious and healthy side dish featuring roasted broccoli, garlic, and crispy bacon, perfect for a spring dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet and sprinkle the chopped bacon over the top.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the bacon is crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
