  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the olive oil and warm water, and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a knot shape.
  5. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
