A delicious and hearty gluten-free lasagna made with garlic and chicken, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 9 gluten-free lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the gluten-free lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the chicken mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of noodles topped with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with sautéed vegetables.
  • Ensure all ingredients are certified gluten-free.
