- 9 gluten-free lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the gluten-free lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the chicken mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of noodles topped with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
