A delicious and easy recipe for gluten free garlic chicken lasagna that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 9 gluten free lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer 3 gluten free lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the noodles.
  6. Sprinkle with a third of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  • Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
