- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, softened butter, egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a greased pizza pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Slice and serve chilled.
