Delicious and -to-make gluten-free French dip sliders perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package gluten-free slider rolls
  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
  3. Slice the gluten-free slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the roast beef.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
  7. Pour the warm broth mixture over the sliders.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with extra broth for dipping.
