A delicious and spicy gluten-free pizza dough bake topped with mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  5. Top the dough with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice to serve.
