A delightful and creamy ice cream made with fresh figs and ricotta, perfect for a gluten-free dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh figs, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped figs, ricotta cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
