A creamy and delicious gluten-free egg custard that is easy to make and perfect for dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into custard cups or a baking dish.
  5. Place the cups or dish in a larger baking pan and fill the pan with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the custard cups.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
