Delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free pinwheels filled with ham and cheddar, perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over the gluten-free tortilla.
  2. Layer the ham slices on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the ham.
