These gluten free donut holes are soft, fluffy, and perfect for a sweet treat at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.

Notes

  • For a sweeter treat, roll the donut holes in cinnamon sugar after baking.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
