Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
