  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and press the dough into the bottom and sides of each cup.
  5. Fill each cup with pizza sauce and your choice of toppings.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin and serving.
