- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
