- Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the chopped dandelion greens and crumbled feta to the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper, then pour the mixture into the pre-baked tart shell.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
