- In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chopped dandelion greens to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Gradually add water to the mixture until a thick batter forms.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove fritters from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
