  • 2 cups dandelion greens, washed and chopped

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chopped dandelion greens to the dry ingredients and mix well.
