- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped dandelion greens.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
