A delicious and healthy gluten-free bread made with dandelion greens.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup dandelion greens, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add the chopped dandelion greens to the dry ingredients.
  4. In another bowl, combine the water, olive oil, and honey.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
