  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Add the cooked turkey, spinach, bell pepper, onion, and cheese to the egg mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
