- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
