A delicious and crispy potato torte infused with balsamic vinegar and fresh thyme, perfect for a gluten-free diet.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
