Delicious and crispy tacos made gluten-free, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 gluten-free corn tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and mix well.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the meat mixture and top with cheese.
  6. Place the filled tortillas in the air fryer or on a baking sheet if using the oven.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
