A rich and creamy soup inspired by the classic Philly cheese steak, made gluten-free for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cube steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and green bell pepper, sautéing until softened.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in the sliced cube steak and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and provolone cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
