- Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Add the prawns (shrimp) to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, mixing well. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
