A delicious and creamy chicken dish made with Asiago cheese, perfect for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Asiago cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
