Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and reduce heat to low.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and combined with the sausage.
  4. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Serve warm with gluten-free crackers or vegetables.
