  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package gluten-free wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of each gluten-free wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to create a triangle, sealing the edges tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the crab rangoon in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
