- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
