Ingredients

  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice to the bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss everything together gently to combine.
