A delicious and healthy crustless quiche made with cottage cheese and spinach, perfect for a gluten-free diet.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, eggs, and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
