Delicious and healthy gluten-free bagels made with cottage cheese, perfect for a spring dinner.

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, and honey to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape.
  5. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the bagels.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
