- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, and honey to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the bagels.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
