- 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
