  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut into strips.
  5. Twist the strips and form them into doughnut shapes.
  6. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Fry the doughnuts until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  8. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  9. Coat in cinnamon sugar if desired.
