- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 1-2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- While the rolls are baking, mix powdered sugar with milk to create icing.
- Once the rolls are done, drizzle the icing over the top and serve warm.
