Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. Add maple syrup, milk, and melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
