Delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free chocolate peanut butter cookies that satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  6. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
