Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
