A delicious dessert recipe for gluten free chocolate crinkle cookies that are also dairy free.

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
  7. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
