- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add the granulated sugar to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
