Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Transfer the dough to a skillet and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
