Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rice
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 gluten-free tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook the gluten-free rice according to package instructions.
  2. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice them.
  3. In a bowl, mix the black beans, corn, and chipotle ranch dressing.
