A delicious and healthy gluten-free dish featuring chicken and zucchini baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced zucchinis, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
