A delightful spring dinner featuring gluten-free pasta, chicken, corn, and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz gluten-free pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cooked chicken and corn to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  4. Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon, mixing well.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
