A delicious and healthy twist on the classic chow mein, made gluten-free with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups gluten-free chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the gluten-free chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli; stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked noodles and gluten-free soy sauce; mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve hot.
