- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
