  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
